Questions that come up before ordering

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe what the server needs and the deployment is handled for you. Build-only includes a setup guide, and on the hosting plan you never touch it.

My community is not on Discord. Can you still build it?

Telegram, game server panels, and web dashboards are all buildable. Say which platform you are on at kickoff, and anything unusual gets confirmed before the build starts.

Can I cancel hosting and keep the bot?

Yes. Cancel the $29 and you get the source plus the setup guide, so the bot keeps working on your own hosting. Nothing is held back.

What access do you need to my server?

Only what the features require: a bot token and the permissions the bot actually uses. Never your account password.

What happens after the 30 days?

The warranty covers defects for 30 days. After that, the hosting plan keeps fixing and adjusting it, and build-only owners can order a one-off fix.
